CampusLease does not manage, inspect, endorse, or guarantee any lease agreement, sublease, listing, or host. We are a bulletin board that connects verified students — not a party to any housing contract, and not a real-estate broker, agent, or escrow service.
CampusLease is a directory that helps verified college students find and list sublease opportunities. We verify that members hold a .edu email address; we do not verify the contents of any listing, the identity behind a listing beyond the .edu requirement, or the legal right of any host to sublease their unit.
Many leases and university housing agreements prohibit or restrict subleasing without the landlord's or housing office's prior written consent. It is your sole responsibility to read your lease, understand your obligations, and obtain any required permission before posting a room or entering into a sublease you found here. CampusLease assumes no liability for listings posted in violation of a lease or housing policy, and may remove listings that are reported as unauthorized.
CampusLease does not manage, inspect, verify, or guarantee any lease agreement, the condition of any property, the accuracy of any listing, or the conduct of any user. All interactions, agreements, payments, and arrangements are made directly between users at their own risk. We encourage you to confirm details in writing, meet in safe public spaces, and never send money before signing an agreement you have reviewed.
You agree to post truthful information, to respect others' privacy and safety, and not to use CampusLease to discriminate, harass, scam, or post content you do not have the right to list. We may suspend or remove access for violations.
CampusLease is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CampusLease and its team are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or from any listing, interaction, or agreement made through it.
